Engineering/Surveying Technician
DESCRIPTION
Our engineering office has an opening for a full-time (or part-time!) Civil Engineering/Surveying Technician to work in our Laconia, NH office.
We are a full service civil engineering and surveying firm providing flood plain consulting and surveying to our clients.
Successful candidate will have two or more years experience in Civil Engineering studies and/or Surveying. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

DUTIES
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects daily procedures processing incoming flood determination requests, providing map overlays and assistance
to our customers. As a full service Engineering Firm, we provide and certify all of the necessary documents required by FEMA and the NFIP.
This Includes Flood Determinations, Flood Overlays, Site Visits, Elevation Determinations, Letters Of Map Amendment (LOMA's) and eLOMA's
as well as site plans and recommendations for new construction in a flood zone. As a technician, you will support the engineers in gathering, researching
and processing information.
