Flood Overlay

If a property is near the FEMA flood hazard area as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), G.C.E. will provide a Flood Overlay to our client to determine the exact location of the building(s). Flood Overlays consist of overlaying available GIS Maps, the most recent FEMA Flood Maps, and Aerial Photos in order to create an indisputable picture of where the Property in question is located in relationship to the flood zone. This is a service we provide to all of our clients free of charge to pinpoint the property location relative to a Flood Zone.
