Site Visit

Sometimes it is not clear if the building(s) on a property are in a flood hazard area. Because G.C.E. is a local company, a site visit is a service that we can include for our clients. Many times with new construction in rural areas, the building location is not on any aerial photos or GIS Maps. When this occurs G.C.E. has the ability to go to the property and take measurements in order to locate the building on the property. This allows us to show without question if a building is in the flood zone. This is also a service that we provide to our clients free of charge.
